Not all the time. I think there should be the same punishment for the same crimes. It's a crock how some people get off the hook and another will get 10 years for the same exact thing!!

No. It favors criminals who play the system all the time and the juries are often a disgusting joke (at least in New York).

no i dont think so ,family law stucks when it comes to fathers having to pay over 60%of their pays in child support and it dosent leave them no means of living a decent living,visiting food banks etc...
