Yes. Women w/ small breasts tend to want to cover up. Covering up is NEVER sexual. Whereas women w/ large breasts know men adore their breasts and they tend to want to undress for their man and show their man what they got. Breasts are the the most outward appearance that says, "I am woman!" The bigger the breasts, the more the woman appears to be...well, a woman. And that's sexy!

"Sexual" is a relative state. For the most part, women with big breasts get more attention from men, and, therefore, they feel more sexual. If a man plays up the fact that he likes small breasts to a small breasted woman, she will feel sexual. Therefore, she will be a hottie for her man.
Unfortunately for women, sexuality is determined by men. A woman can only be "sexual" if she is made to feel so. American society does nothing to encourage the sexuality of small breasted women. So it is up to the fellas out there to give all the small breasted ladies a little confidence!

C is actually considered large not medium, the average breast is a B cup so that would be "medium" and not necessarily more sexual no, it just depends on whether u like bigger breasts or smaller ones.

it depends on the man. i have big breasts but i'm an old fashion girl. i try to keep them covered up. i learned in the summer it is hard so like it or leave it. some men don't care about the breast. be yourself.

I've found that the size of a woman's beast doesn't matter in her sexually. Small or large; women are sexual anyway with the right person. But ain't nothing wrong with a nice pair of hooters! You feel me!!!
