I have been wondering that too. I stopped revealing my weakness and now there is no one who can hurt me....and no one who can love me either.

Sometimes when you are hurting, you will use something to get back at the other person. It's a human reaction. Not one of humanity's finer moments, but there it is. But part of being close to someone you care about means showing your vulnerable side. So if you are being mean, yes, expect both barrels back. Which is why it pays to be nice to people always and if they're not, it's best to let them down gently as egos are funny things.

Because, frankly, people are assholes. Insecure little beings who ocassionaly care for nothing but themselves. To turn your weak side against you is like power. It gives them the power to control you, and most people enjoy that (unfortunately) The best you can do is hope that when you do expose your weak side, that person is noble enough to know that information but never use it. Few people are like that, but the one's who are are the greatest friends you could ever have. Good luck ever finding that person!

Always keep your weak side for your self.. only show it to GOD.. he is the only one who can really help you with it..
ppl do this because ppl are mean.. and weak too as you.. and they just feel stronger from the weakness of others.. and thats why they are humans..
when you feel bad about somthing dont share it with anyone.. -only your wife or your mother- keep it for your self.. sharing bad feelings makes them last for longer time.. and makes them become a mood of your life..
just let it go.. and forgive your self in all cases.. and ask God for help and support..

People who are very insecure with there own self usually are the type of people that will throw a vulnerability back in your face like you say. I wouldn't even let it bother you. They are just belittling themselves by doing that.

ITS PRETTY EASY TO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DO IT. THE THING YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IS ONCE THEY LABEL YOU AS WEEK AND NOT HARMFUL THEY WILL TEND TO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE REALLY CAPABLE OF. SO TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH, YOUR WEAKNESS IS THEIR WEAKNESS. THAT WAY THEY WONT THINK MUCH TO TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU. (HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING)
