It has an ending that is supposed to leave you thinking.

I was thinking, "I feel a little robbed."

Then I thought, "Hmm, "The Cell, Part 2"

But at no time did I think, "Wow, that was great."

FYI: Just so you know, I am a Stephen King fan. I've read them all.

I was a little disappointed when I first read the ending. But, I read it over again, and I see that he meant for it to be ambiguous.

yup. it ended. sometimes stories don't have a resolution. they just are. there might be a part two, but there might not. you like unresolved? try reading rage. or eyes of the dragon.
