(Notice that I said "conception date" not last menstrual period.) Does any body knows?

You can start feeling pregnancy symptoms anywhere from 1-6 weeks. everybodys different, heres a good website to do research on http://www.americanpregnancy.org/

It could be a week or so before you start having any pregnancy symptoms, although some people never experience any symptoms at all. those are the very lucky ones. some of the first signs are nausea, tender and sore breasts, and the need to urinate more often. around 18-20 weeks movement of baby will occur and it feels like a faint fluttering. It also depends on your size and how many pregnancies prior.

The first thing I noticed were really bad cramps that lasted a few hours. That was probably 3 weeks after conception. I was worried it was an ectopic pregnancy, but I found out later that a lot of women cramp during implantation (when the egg actually digs into the uterus).

Some women don't feel a thing. I was tired, weak and throwing up within 2-3 weeks of conception. My son was concieved on Halloween and I was so sick by 1 week before Thanksgiving, I thought I had the flu

I was only 4 weeks pregnant and I didn't even know it yet but I was very emotional and would cry for no reason so I decided to take a pregnancy test and it was confirmed. So I would say right away.

Not very long with me! Your boobs will start to hurt and nausea may or may not be a problem right off the bat. oh yeah, and the fatigue !! You will want to sleep ALL the time! Good Luck
