Yes, if you agree with people like Stephen Hawking and Michio Kaku who are both brilliant physicists. I think you can find the answer to this question and make up your own mind on it. The websites for those two men are below.
There could be parallel universes within our universe. This is a very deep subject, and it makes people think. For Christians, would you think that God sent His Son to die for the sins of other people on other far distant planets or for people in other galaxies other than the Milky Way Galaxy of which we are a part. Also, on that note, if Jesus died for our sins on the earth, would an anti Jesus Live on the complete opposite of us in a parallel universe?
But to answer the question, it is possible. Technically speaking, we will never be able to reach the speed of light or faster into warp drive like the Enterprise. Neutrinos have no mass and the instant they are formed, they are going the speed of light or over 186,000 miles per second. and when they decay, they drop to zero miles per second. We have mass and therefore, cannot reach the speed of light. Even if we could reach it, the nearest star to us after the Sun would take us 4.5 years or 4.5 times 6 trillion miles the time light will travel in one year. These other universes might be many trillions of light years away and impossible for any of us to reach to find out. It is all a matter of our thoughts on the matter against the facts of the matter which will be impossible for us to find out, but check the web sites below plus look into Einstein's theory of relativity and Special Theory of Relativity plus the theories of Max Planck and the other great physicists and the astronomers to get an idea. It is much too complex to tell it all here even if I knew which I don't.

There's only one "universe" that we know of...But there's probably millions of other solar systems with planets around them. And they vary in size a great deal. But they are much too far away....Just the light that comes from them can take thousands, even millions of years to reach us ! A light year is almost 6 trillion miles ! And the closet galaxy to us is 2.2 million light years away ! Try to figure that out on paper ! Multiply 6 trillion times 2.2 million, and you get how many miles away from us it is !

it could be possible, scientists and astrologist do not know much about our universe and what lies beyond it. Yet they do call it a universe so you'd think there be one, but science is always open for discussion there is a wide variety of answers.
