find a buddy- if you have someone you can go thru this with- then call them because i myself am less likely to go to the gym alone- so my husband and i go together- we motivate each other and keep each other on track.

Set a goal other than a target weight. Example: To walk, run or swim a certain distance or for a certain time. Keep moving the target higher as you do better. Get active, eat healthier and most of all:

FORGET about your weight!

Your weight is simply a reflection of how active you are compared to how many (and what type) calories you consume. Work on increasing your activity and the pounds will come off.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

well if you're not motivated to lose weight why do you want to lose weight? i mean like if you don't have the motivation why do it? for some people, they are motivated by appearance. or others just do it for the heck of it.

go on a faste thatz wen u dnt eat ne thing but drink flavored water or a healthier thing wuld be 2 excersize evryday lyk take a walk 4 a few milez or go 2 the gym eat onli saladz u can add a little chicken or sumthin 2 it but eat onli saladz dnt waste tyme on pillz or dont become anarectsic juz exercise with the saladz

Buy a really cute top in the size u want to be and keep it in plain sight. seeing it will motivate u.

you need to count calories.. Average for the whole week.. Count everything that goes into your mouth. Find out the daily average. Buy pedometer. Find out the daily average of steps you take. The number is your baseline..
In order for you to lose 1pound per week, you need to cut 500 calories per day and increase 500 steps per day. That will allow you to lose 1 pound per week.. Which equals 26 pounds in 6months...

i think a good way to lose weight is to make it fun and with someone, children , friends, and how about this , get with a friend and get the video game, Dance Dance Revolution and Party!!! trust me you will drop something, Pounds, sweat, or yourself, this is fun and i do this with my daughter, you can get the game twister that is like DDR and have a game night, this will get you moving and the weight show fall off. good luck!!

if you want to be healthy do what healthy people do

you know what they do & i can write the list but its better coming from you...

list what a healthy person does, list as much as you can the more the better.

than start doing things on your list knowing by doing so that you will be healthy
