Ive seen some pitchers get thrown out of a game cause the batter couldn't see the ball cause of the white sleeves so i wouldn't try

No he may not. MLB states that your sleeves have to match a color in your uniform that is not white. Simply because they are afraid the white will in some way make it harder for a batter to see the ball, kinda silly considering that most of the uniforms are white.

In my experience (school + travel baseball) you can wear any color sleeves EXCEPT white. Not sure if that is just a local rule or an official rule though...

No he can’t. this prevents the pitcher from gaining an advantage against the hitter where the ball can be lost in the pitcher’s throwing motion.

the rule is subjective......he can wear white sleeves as long as it does not distract the batter from seeing the ball. if even one batter on the other team complains he must take them off.
