Flickr - has some good stuff. Most of it is free if you ask the people taking the shots. I have used some photos from that site int he past and they have worked great.

Click Clip Art and Media (left-hand side), and type in the search box what type of photos you are trying to look for... I use this all the time when I need a picture for my blog (to spice up the entry if I don't have personal picture to go along with it)...
