What if your friends little brother was gay? I don't find that gay is a problem, and you can politely decline his request to play spin the bottle.
p.s. why tattle on a kid for having a diffrent sexual orientation? maybe spin the bottle a little extreme but I'm sure plenty of straight kids that age have played it w/o anyone getting freaked out.

I'm not a PHD, but this seems a little young for gay activities. Suggest to everybody that you go out and shoot hoops or some other diversion that the kids in your neighborhood like to do. This is really a parent issue, so if a diversion doesn't work, confide in your mom and let her observe what's going on and she can take it up with the other parents if she feels it's appropriate. I guess you can ban the kid from your house or you can get your brother out of their house.

He's a child! Talk to his parents, or tell the guy's older brother (your friend) what you think and have him ask him. You can't do anything when someone isn't heterosexual, but you can prevent, in this situation, this "child" trying to "seduce" your little brother. I understand, it's happened to me once, and the best thing that I could do was politely warn my nephew that his friend may not be into everything that he's into, just because he's a guy. But, I made sure that he didn't discriminate or judge him in anyway.

tell him he can feel however he wants, but you are (a) too old and (b) not interested. tell him as well that that is inappropriate behavior for anyone aged 9-14 no matter what their orientation is. he needs to slow down, and if he continues to make passes at you or your brother, then you need to speak up. particularly you need to speak up for your brother. he is not as old and may feel more peer pressure than you. keep your eyes open, and be sure you don't give any mixed signals, no matter how unintentional.
also be careful of your friend and your friend's dad: this kind of inappropriate behavior at such a young age is learned. be sure his dad or brother are not abusing him, and be absolutely sure they don't abuse you!

if you think your friends little brother is gay and hitting on your little brother maybe you should tell your friend that his or her little brother should have a serious talk with you and find out if he really is into boys ..that or maybe hes just trying to act funny

It sounds like you're jumping to conclusions!!! Most people don't know that they're gay until they're a lot older. Some boys are more sensitive than others, but it doesn't make them gay.
