The computer is a perfect thing. It does exactly what we tell it to. The only reason it would not be perfect is because it still breaks down sometimes. When it is not broken down though it always does exactly what it is told.

No, a computer is not perfect because it will do only what it is instructed to do, whether it is given instructions by the end user or the programmer.,

Computers are far from perfect.
If they were perfect they would answer this question for me. ;)
Bugs, bugs, bugs. Most programs are released with tons of bugs and even hardware can be released with bugs and compatibility issues.
If computers were perfect they would all be AI and completely compatible with each other and peripherals.

no because it gets viruses and can go slow and freeze and you may yell at it or it may run out of room or it may break.
it may a wonderful thing that can do almost anything you want and allow you to do many great things, but its not perfect. nothing is.

Computers are only as good as the people who use them. Besides the computer needs us, we biult it and we can repair it and use it. Once they start makin computers that need no human interaction at all, two words: "I,Robot"
