Yes only if the proper forms had not been filled out. This is why donating is kept anonomyus. It helps prevent legal challenges since the person would have to not only challenge the paperwork, but also find out the donor

no. by going and getting impregnated by donated sperm you wave all rights you would normaly have regarding parental rights, because by paying all that money to get impregnated, you're saying you have all the money you'll ever need for the child.
what does pose a problem, is once a woman gets impregnated with donated sperm, and then gets devorced, depending on the family court judge, you might or might not have trouble collecting child support because of the way you got pregnant in the first place, not only did your husband have nothing to do with getting you pregnant, but his DNA wouldnt match (and thats a slam dunk for some judges, end of story, the DNA doesnt mach with who your asking child support from, you dont get child support.)

Sperm is much easier to donate than an egg is. All you have to do is spill in a cup if you're male. For a woman there is actually some surgery involved. Plus women only have a limited number of eggs while men can continuously produce sperm.

No, because that woman totally wanted the kid in the first place. And besides sperm donating is totally anonymous.

No, same goes for women donating eggs. you usually sign some form that bars the recipients from ever contacting you or knowing who you are. The child is legally theirs and you have no rights for owning the child or anything.
