Wow... this is a hard one.
Support her. Be there for her as best as you can.. I am sure she needs a friend right now more than anything. Just listen. And talk to her about counseling. If she doesn't want to, than don't force. Just keep encouraging her to get help.
I am a cutter and the description sounds a lot like me. help her to understand that you don't have to cut to feel better. I am getting better at this cutting thing. It's been 1 month since I last Cut. cutting is an addiction, so don't put her down for it either. Just keep encouraging, listening, and being a friend.
Hope that helped.

If you are truly worried about her and she is a cutter then don't leave her alone. Be there for her if she is willing to have you around. If not find one of her g/f's who will stay with her for a while. Rape is a vial and disgusting crime, she is the victim here do not let her blame herself for this tragedy.
Therapy is the best remedy. She needs to talk to a counselor.

Get her to seek or see professional help. Therapy, Phsycology help ((sorry if I spell wrong)).. and if she says not to take her to all of this stuff. Do it anyway. .if your a good friend, you care for her, and you dont want to see her hurt. DO IT. So many people just listen to there friends when they dont even know that they are the ones actually hurting them, not helping them. Tell her parents, tell your parents. Do something. Talk to the police about the rape. Tell somebody, because if you do nothing all you will be doing is watching your friend die, and letting her hurt herself, if she cuts to deep one time.. and dies. You will feel guilty for a loooong time. You have to tell somebody you can't let these things just pass because you think nothings wrong. You must seek her some help. It's dangerous, it's wrong, and if you don't you'll regret it later. Please.. if I have to be the one to beg you, I will, I don't care if I don't know you.. if I'm part of saving somebody than I will help. Go and TELL SOMEBODY . . .before its to late. Hopefully if you don't listen to me, .. you'll make this type of decision on your own. Good Luck.. tell us or me even what happens with your friend, I would like to know. Don't let her die. .. get help.

Has she received professional help? You say she goes home to no one, it sounds like she feels lonely more than terrified. Perhaps depressed. Ask your friend if she wants professional help. She will not be able to deal with this on her own without it and without her family and friends rallying for her to get the help she so desperately needs.

See if there is a Women Against Rape crisis counseling center near you.
Also, encourage her to check out the link below.
Let her know she is not alone, and that she is not to blame.

Most important thing is to MAKE SURE she knows what happened to her WAS NOT her fault. Keep close to her, let her talk and get the feeling out. Suggest counseling.
