when i open to download a file, it hangs up at 99% and no respond already. But when i save the file no response at all instead my computer or the browser is not responding. Is there wrong with my internet settings?

hmmm...u have a little problem...alll what u need is to enlarge the cash of your browser...what is the cash and how do u enlarge it?
hmm...simpley when u open a web page in your web brwoser...u get all the content of this page in your browser cash...as large as your cash as fast and reliable will web pages and file downloaded be done .... it is the so called "Internet Temp files"...the files u downloaded is still there intact in case the cash is larger than its size.....how to enlarge the cash:...i will talk here about Internet Explorer......open it...then click "Tools" from the menus..then choose "Internet Options"....then locat the "settings" button and click on it.....then find the "amout of disk space to use" move the slider or enter a vlaue that is large enough to keep all files u download...make sure that the disk space must be larger than the file size which is mentioned in the site from where u download or just mentioned ont he window of the download....

Does this happen with all the files or a particular file ?

Are you using any download manager like download accelerator plus ?

Which version of operation system are you using ?

Which antivirus / firewall / internet security you are using ?

provide me the answers of my above question so that i can help you better

The only program I know that logs you off when you are done uploading your e-mail, is Microsoft Office Outlook...

Sounds like you have some sort of computer threat. Either scan your system or reinstall Windows.

UGH! I used to have that same problem. I had to completely reboot my computer to factory condition. Good luck
