There is one under the hood and one under the dash. The one under the hood will be a box, usually black plastic with either a screw on top or clips on the sides. The one on the inside will be under the wheel, it will be under a panel that you will have to pop off.

There is a fuse in the panel behind the cover on the left side of your dash. If that fuse was found to be OK and you still suspect a power supply issue than remove the radio. There is a fuse on the back of the radio itself. Some symphony radios would get the 'glowing screen' and would not turn on. In that case, completely unplug the radio, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. You will likely need the security code once the radio powers up.

Just a guess, but usually they are located either under the driver's side kick panel (to the left of the clutch or brake pedal) or under the glove compartment.
