well people r jealuos b/c he has the best crew chiefs in the bussiness b/c he stretches the rules n isnt afraid to do it. the r mad b/c jimmie n chad together r unstopable jimmie has never finished outside of the top 5 in points n he has been in cup for 5 years i luv that hehe and i think jimmie is one of the most composed drivers only in his rookie year did he act out but i dunno i kinda would like to see him act like tony stewart one lol n finally i think they hate him cuz jeff gordon discovered him n a lot of people hate jeff so it carries over to jimmie yes ok jimmie johnson is my fav driver n i would defend him to no end n he is not a cheater just cuz he crew chief aint afraid to try knew things n stretch rules stretchin rules is not a crime it is fun makin nascar make new rules lol

I think when you are as good a driver as Jimmie is people are jealous and therefore boo and hiss at you. He also has the best crew chief in Nascar. Jealousy is such an ugly emotion.

People are going to hate drivers. That's just the way the sport works. If it just so happens that you like a driver that gets booed whenever they say his name, show your pride. Stick your chest out. Say, "I'm a (insert driver name here) fan and I'm proud of it." Some people are just not going to like other drivers. That's what makes NASCAR what it is. People can have different opinions on different drivers. Some people are just more hated then others.

he's hated because he has gained 4 years in a row. each body needs to ascertain a sprint Cup that he's not ahead in factors. Kyle Busch is a competent driving force. he's hated because of him being a toddler over each thing. i imagine the in reality reason Earnhardt Jr. is loved is with the aid of his dad, Earnhardt Sr., for being such an excellent and aggressive competitor. by ability of how, i'm a huge Gordon fan, too!!

because he and his crew chief are cheaters, they cheat and after winning a race and still get credited with the win, i think that's crap. if you have to cheat to win then you dont belong in nascar. i think not only sould the crew chief be fined and suspended, but the driver to , you cant tell me he doesnt know whats going on.

I am a Jeff Gordon fan, I like watching JJ race too....When he wins, Gordon still wins....I think everyone is just jealous of him winning a lot, they did the same when Jeff won 13 races in 1 season, they don't like either driver cause their driver can't win as much....JG = 4 x CHAMPION, JJ soon to follow

everyone who starts to dominate and get as much attention as jimmie has gotten, esp with the daytona infraction.. gets hated, unless they are dale jr. anyone who get a lot of hype tends to join the hate mob.
also, a lot of people, esp jr fans hate hendrick motorsports. a lot of people's hate stems from hatin jeff gordon and since they are both hms boys and jeff is part car owner there is just hate..

I'm not sure, probably because of what his crew chief did and all that junk. He's a good driver though. Some people do, some people don't, it's their choice.

Because he's not a freakin' redneck.
Every single crew chief tries to gain an edge. Earnhardt Jr. fans just like to cry because he's not as good as his daddy and he never will be, no matter how much they want him to.
