I got pregnant with my son at age 17, he was born when I was 18. It was not planned BUT, YES I WAS HAPPY. I was blessed with him. He is a great kid. He is now 10. I have supported him his whole life without goverment assistance. I was a teen mom and GLAD about it. He is my sunshine and I would not want to know what like without him would be like. I was a single mom when he was little. His father is very active in his life and has ALWAYS paid his support.

I was 19 when I first became pregnant, the excitement came a few weeks later, just in time to miscarry unfortunately. But I was married for 6 months before finding out I was pregnant for the first time. It depends exactly how old you are, there's a difference between 13 and 19, but if you're mature enough to handle it and be excited, I wish you the best and happy, healthy baby. If you're glad, then stay glad, don't let people tear you down and make you feel bad, that only creates negativity and your child doesn't deserve that.
Well back at 'Sexy Mami' she can't even present eloquence or maturity in typing, how does she get to make a negative comment to someone else?

I was 17 when I got pregnant and no I wasnt happy at first. I was on the birth control patch and she wasnt planned. Once I saw her on the first sonogram I was happy. I can't believe my little girl is 2 now. She also has a 1 year old sister. I was never on welfare because I respect myself too much to do that. I mean if you have a baby, it's YOUR job to support it, not mine. I'm still with my daughter's father and we are very happy. Getting pregnant young is something I would not recomend

i'm not pregnant now, but i had my first little girl at 19. things in my situation worked out, but i know they always don't. i was very fortunate. i have 3 friends who had babies around the same time and they are all single mothers now. i give them all the credit in the world. so if you're a teen and are pregnant- i hope all works out for you to- the best to you:)

you're gonna get a lot of nasty people saying rude things to you about that. But yes Im 19 and on my second baby, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. and YES, i am on welfare because im single, and i would be screwed without it. Stand up proud, you're gonna be a mom, that's not a bad thing.
