Every time I get on the computer, it starts to try and get into my system. The address is also 63.240.115.26

The address you gave is that of Kodak (yup, the film company), but I don't believe they are responsible for what you're experiencing. A deliberately modified UDP was sent to your computer, and possibly because it has not been recently updated, your computer fell victim to the vulnerability.
Please install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4, or the hotfix for Windows 95. They can both be found at the microsoft website or at the link below.

I Definitely agree with a couple of the responders,,go to download.com and get "Zonealarm". The basic program is free forever. I put it on my sweetie's machine,wich is on-line, unattended, most weekends,on a cable connection. Lots of warnings, but no "intusions!" :-)=

I do not know what a "newtear" but if it's coming from another computer, your first line of defense would be a firewall.
