Do want unique, or typical? What are names you LOVE? I am a long way off from considering kids, but I am curious what type of names people like. My opinion is: GIRL: Arielle Raven or Jade Sophia (or Sophie, not sure!) BOY: Bradley Darcy or Peter James.
What do you think??

Those names are really nice. I like them. Im currently pregnant and having a girl. We've choosen Kristin Jane. Jane is a family name. If we were to have a boy it would have been Gavin Tyler.

Do you want your children to get beat up? Why do people do this to thier children, poor innocent kids have no choice in thier names...and you go and do this to them. Arielle Raven, stripper! Bradley Darcy....you have to be kidding me...he will get beat everyday of his school life. There isn't even a club for him. Jade Sophia, have you said this outloud???? Peter James???? LMAO...Dick Gym...what r u thinking????? Stop trying to be "cool", its so not right.

I'm not going to critisize you for naming a boy Darcy, cuz people critisized me for wanting to name my boy Jade. Here are what I want to name my kids(first and middle names):

GIRLS (2):
Chloee Brianne
Maddison Leigh

BOYS (2):
Ethan Samuel
Jade Matthew (the reason it's Jade b/c its unique for a boy to be named Jade, and yes, Jade is a unisex name, and also, he will be named after Jade from AFI, cuz he's cute)

UNIQUE NAMES I LIKE BUT WILL NOTNAME MY KIDS:
Redemption
Elaina
Sarendepity
Xhiliration
Serenity
Kaelynn

I definitely prefer traditional names. My boys are Jacob Brent (Brent was my maiden name) and Aidan Morris (Morris is my Mother-in-law's maiden name). I prefer biblical names, but not the "weird" ones. I would never name my child Moses or Jesus or anything like that. I think the apostle's names are nice...Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, etc. Jacob was Esau's brother. Actually, he was a bad guy sorta. When their father was on his death bed, Jacob covered his arms with goat skins (for Esau was a hairy man, blah blah) and tricked his father into leaving him everything when it should have gone to Esau). I hope I haven't jinxed my older son. LOL Aidan is a 7th century Irish monk. I didn't name him because it's the name of a monk...I just liked the name. :)

Well I actually did name my children Rebecca Lynn, Lindsey Renee and Jennifer Ashley. But I had to compromise. If I had to do it all over again, and could pick any names I wanted, I would have named the first two Rebecca and Rachel and the third Audrey Rose.

Boys (thank God I didn't have any) Asa or Jesse.

I like unique names. I would want my child to have a name that most other people don't have, but that doesn't sound wierd and would make it hard for my child to get a job. Some of my favorite names that I like and might name my children are these names.
Girls~ Peyton, Skylar, Riley, Ronjae & Terrace
Boys~ Chase, Chandler, Skylar, & Riley

If I my wife and I had a girl, I'd name her Delia. Her calling card would be a single red rose left in the mouth of her victims.

If we had a boy, I'd name him Fingers McKracken and teach him how to open bank vaults. The boy's mother will handle surveilance. I'll handle security.

If we have a mysterious and enigmatic non-speaking child, their name will simply be the ancient Chinese symbol for air. Angel or Demon, no one will ever truly know.
