alimony and disability?

can disability be used to pay alimony..if yes or no please provide your source, web sight, book or state reg............ i'm in the state of FLORIDA

I think so yes but i am not sure. You would have to ask where you get the disability from.

i don't KNOW, but if you're on 100% SSDI i would DOUBT a judge is going to tap that meager revenue stream to feed an employable spouse.
