sounds you tend to be quiet the lonely type who seek all the trouble and negative things around you. my advice for you is, you should be around people more. be more open with yourself. first off, you need to surround yourself with things that tend to make you happy. and when things do get bad, you should still smile and be yourself. don't let things drag you down. you know you're better than you think. don't be self centered...it's ignorant and makes your self esteem flatter yourself. do what's necessary to wake up with a smile on your face.
