There are ways, but they're usually scams. And you almost ALWAYS have to pay an upfront fee. So I suggest the good old fashioned out-of-house job. It's not that bad. I didn't get a job until I got to college, and then I started working 12 hours a week and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought even though I hadn't had previous working experience. It's also a great way to meet new people and get away from your parents every now and then.
As for at home jobs, if you prefer, you can try babysitting and dogsitting (if your house is baby/dog-proof). Try not to limit your sources. It's always good to get out in the workforce when you can and just be active. Don't be a homebody! lol!
PS: Why do you want to make specifically $92? Why not just round it up and say "around $100/week" or something? Just curious. But that's a lot of money to try and make in just one week. Even I normally only get around $100 every TWO weeks working 20 hours.

there is no way a 13 year old can make money on the internet. you have to be at least 18, if not 21 to make money taking surveys, or doing anything else. and the majority of the people that do pay any money online want start up fees, or hiring charges, before you make any money at all. i think i've found one or two places that dont want a start up fee, and they take surveys, it takes like 2 hours (if you have real fast internet) just to finish one survey and make $5. but they dont hire 13 year olds. but that place, is like, the one letitamate place that seems like they're being straight forward about the way they pay you.
your so much better just making cookies or brownies and trying to sell them on the sidewalk in your neighborhood. sorry.

You could have a parent help you set up an eBay account and sell things.
It is really fun and also a way of getting a few bucks for those not worn clothes, purses, costume jewelry, etc. Make money for things you don't use or want anymore!
Also, fun to scout out things at thrift shops, garage sales, etc and resale them for a profit. Any designer label usually goes quickly and it is a good lesson in business!

At 13 you're going to run into child labor laws a lot, not to mention just the overall lack of trust that you should put in the net at your age. If you want to get involved w/ computers and such and get paid for it check legit local establishments like libraries, schools and such. They may have co-op programs for people in positions similar to that of your own.

Do you mean one time or every week?
If it's just one time, find a bunch of stuff you don't use anymore and sell it on ebay.
If it's every week, start buying things at garage sales and selling them on ebay.
That's only like twenty bucks a day if you don't work weekends. Shouldn't be too hard.
