It's under my right breast along my bra line. It's very small and looks more like a tiny mole. It makes me embarassed to go to the gyno!! Anyone else have this problem?

A supernumerary nipple (also known as a third nipple, accessory nipple, nubbin, polythelia or polymastia) is an additional nipple occurring in mammals including humans. Often mistaken for moles, supernumerary nipples are diagnosed at a rate of 2% in females, less in males. The nipples appear along the two vertical "milk lines", which start in the armpit on each side, run down through the typical nipples and end at the groin. They are classified into eight levels of completeness from a simple patch of hair to a milk-bearing breast in miniature. Polythelia refers to the presence of an additional nipple alone while polymastia denotes the much rarer presence of additional mammary glands.

It probably is a tiny elevated mole. I have many of them. Go to the gynecologist...not a good enough reason to avoid your yearly visit. I have had oodles of bizarre shaped, elevated moles removed.
Also, see a dermatologist and have that mole removed. It is is elevated and gets constantly rubbed by your bra, the constant irritation is not a positive thing. The doctor can remove it right in the office in a matter of minutes and your insurance will cover the cost (except for your co-pay).

I don't have a 3rd nipple but I have seen this before it is not uncommon so don't be embarrassed You know back in the day it was said that if you had this you were born a witch.

I have seen questions like this before on this site--but never anywhere else. You should go to the GYN, to find out what it is (I truly doubt it is a nipple).

If you get it cut of can you send it to me so I can lick it everynight before bed I love nipples so having three is just a bigger turn on call me sometime
