I was a 34FF and my man loved them. However, I had the breast reduction and he loves them MORE now! They are a C cup and perky and beautiful! DEFINITELY get it done! You will not regret it! It's the best decision I ever made. I can still feel everything, even my nipples, just like before, so you should still be stimulated. No worries about that! It's an easy and fairly painfree surgery and I'd do it again in a second! You will love it!

You have to live with your decision--not your man. Make the decision based on what is best for you. So I will present a pro/con rationale to help you make the best decision for you.
Pros:
I had the procedure done to reduce the size of my breast and it did wonders for me.
I look slimmer. I do not have so much strain on my back or those bra strap lines in my shoulders. I can jog and jump without having to wear two bras. I fit better in clothes.
The surgeon was super talented and the procedure included a lift! No only did my 'girl-soldiers' look cute, they 'stood at attention'--without a bra! There is nothing more unattractive than flabby saggy breasts!
The breast tissue is usually tested for atypical cells--that is a good thing to screen breast cancer.
My hubby appreciated the finished product even more!
Here are the cons:
I did not loose sensation in my nipples--although the jury is still out on that one, supposingly a family member did loose some sensation in her nipples.
If you are 'apple' shapped, then your stomach will appear bigger--that can be unattractive.
Nursing? I am not sure about the ability to nurse after a breast reduction. Talk to your surgeon if this is important to you.
I spoke with the plastic surgeon specifically about the resulting size. I have had a big chest all of my life and I did not want to be too small. I would highly recommend discussing resulting size, location of the sutures, and reshapping. Make sure you get specifically what you want.
I say, go for it!!!!!
Good luck in whatever you decide.

I suppose you could get implants. A good doctor will be able to advise you on what size you should be for your frame. I know several people who have gotten breast reductions and have no regrets. The back pain being gone alone was reason enough for them to be very happy. Not to mention clothes fitting better and people actually looking at your fact while you talk! :) But, seriously- take time to think about it and consult with a good doctor and ask lots of questions.

Having a 40DD is probably causing you back pain, and if so, you should get the surgery. There will not be any difference in stimulation.

What's does a 70yo women have between her breasts a 20yo woman doesn't? A bellybutton!
Having large breasts can often lead to arthritic problems in later life. I can't remember seeing an old woman with big 'uns standing up straight, can you? Maybe having a breast reduction will be beneficial in the long term...

Get your breast reduction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including her liposuction of the thighs and the breast reduction surgery procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA.hope this helps.

Do what is best for you, not your man. If you feel you would be happier and healthier with a reduction, then most certainly do it. Ask your physician, but I do not think you would lose any sensation. I used to work with someone who had it and she said was fine afterward and she felt much better, her back especially. Good luck.

No, cause complications can occur. Not worth the risk unless it's recking your health some how.
Look at Michael Jackson, he went in for a nose job and because of an accident during surgery he lost his nose.

If you want less back pain, yes. If your man doesn't like the idea, make him wear one of your over the shoulder boulder holders full of two 30 pound boulders ALL DAY and see how he like's THAT.

They are your breasts aren't they? They don't belong to your man and it upsets him for you to have a reduction than maybe you should reevaluate the basis for your relationship.
