Use a program like photoshop or possibly even microsoft Word or Paint. Just try to copy and paste the pictures into a blank document. Even if the Colage ends up having odd dimensions if you select Stretch in the Display>Desktop tab it will automatically resize it for you, it may look a little funny just mess with it a little until you can get it right.

You can paste them into a Paint file, save that somewhere you will be able to fine it. To actually apply the "collage" to your desktop: right click on the desktop, click Properties in the pop-up menu, click the Desktop tab, click the Browse button and find your file.

Right click anywhere on your desktop, select properties, click the tab display, click the button browse, select the folder with your pic in, and click apply, and bingo you have your own wallpaper.

you can either save a picture from the internet or make one on paint or photoshop. then you just go to file and save, then save as a wallpaper

Yeah, use a graphics program and save it as probably a jpg file. And if it's a PC, you can probably go to your control panel, then go to "Display," hit desktop and probably upload images.

an easy way to do it is to open up paint, paste the pictures in and place them where you want. then you can save it and set it as your background for you computer and enjoy :)
