A "bigot" is someone who is tied strongly to their race, religion, politics, etc. and is intolerant to those who disagree.

The only way a bigot could actually win an argument with a liberal would be if he yelled so loud that the liberal couldn't be heard or if he tied him up so that he could not talk.
A bigot is a person convinced that his value system is the correct belief system in existence therefore rendering him superior to all ppl with opposing beliefs. He is convinced that he is superior to his opponent therefore has the inept inability to open his mind for a 'real' discussion about the issues.

Gee, wilber, I think it is the repuglicans that are bigots. All I see are white, old guys in office. I see New Orleans being completely ignored after a huge natural disaster. Yep its the repugs alright, definition of a biggot, repuglican that don't need the black vote.

The Actual definition of " Bigots " are defined as :
One who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.
So, no I don't agree with you!!! A bigot is a complete insult. Not to mention being Intolerant of others is a ignorant way of dealing with yourself, and your views and a ignorant way of dealing with others.
Sorry to say, but your going to face, and see others who disagree w/ you or don't believe in the same things as you on a daily basis!!!! Being tolerant is something beneficial to you, and in most ways makes you wiser and more knowledgeable than if you weren't tolerant.

I don't quite understand your defination of bigot, but according to The Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary it's:
"a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices"
