Someone who feels they "were born in the wrong body" is someone who feels like they are the wrong gender, that they are a man in a woman's body, or vice versa. Homosexuality is being attracted to the same sex.

Homosexuality means literally that the person favors the same sex, whereas "being born in the wrong body" refers to those that wish to have an operation to change their sex, because they feel they were born the wrong sex.

Being gay is well being gay and being born in the wrong body is transgendered. Basically you feel like a man and you were born a woman or vice-versa.

Gay males are happy being male, they are just interested in other males instead of females. They don't want to BE female, like a transsexual.
And vice versa for females.

do you mean being a transgenger/transsexual? the difference is that a homosexual is comfortable with their current gender, while a transgender/transsexual is not comfortable with their current gender.
