From Mirimar you can go south on I-75 or Florida's Turnpike. Or if you are going to the east part of Miami, you can go east first and then take I-95, US1, or A1A south. So the answer is south or southeast.

Southeast....go south on I-75 to Miami and the east on 836...or go east into Hollywood and take the turnpike south.
