Nothing over 102 f. and don't stay in longer than 10 minutes. Be especially careful towards the end of your pregnancy it is easy to fall! And don't forget, no bath once your water has broken! The amniotic sac is broken and it puts you and your baby at risk for infection. Good luck and congratulations! =)

just be sensible: your body temp is 98.6 degrees farenheit. that means hotter than room air. in fact heat some water up to 100 degrees, use a thermometer to measure the temp, then put your finger in it. you will see that 100 degrees is quite warm, very close to 98.6. therefore 100 degree baths are not going to hurt the baby. showers can be hotter because your tummy is not submerged and therefore doesnot heat up the inside womb.
