I don't really mind if what "universe" means here. I just mean everything, the planets and all other metaphysical and physical reality.

1)it would be important to discover for sure whether there is life on the other planets in the universe and how many universes are
2) then if my decision would open the truth of our existence on the earth somehow, it would be my 2nd decision
3) the 3rd is to find a successful way of leading our countries political and economical lives

1) Create a truly utopian society. What that is, I don't know, but in a metaphysical sense, it is theoretically possible. No murder, war, strife, or disease. A contented populace, and yet adventurous.
2) Allow for space/time travel, without any side effects or consequences. This would include being able to enjoy the company of those (including pets) who have passed away.
3) Allow us to be free of our physical bodies and to make the space/time travel. Of course not all the time, because it might be hard to make love without a body.

Decision One: Everyone will know the true nature of God (exist or not exist, sentient being or divine power, relative relevance of religions, etc.)
Decision Two: Everyone will know his or her purpose or mission in life
Decision Three: Everyone will know (now) what happens to the human soul after death
This way we still leave free will in effect, but we all can make more informed decisions about how to treat others (and ourselves)
