Do the right thing. You won't have any stress, problems and intranquility if you obey the rules of this world.

The most practical answer I can give you is the one I live by. I know that we are here in this world for only a predetermined period to accomplish some 'mission'. That mission is something I chose beforehand because I knew that it would help me develop into the being I would eventually want to be. So whatever challenges I face in this life- I just do the best I could knowing that they are a part of the mission. Yes, I get hurt but that is part of the whole process. I make sure that I do not harm others unnecessarily. If possible, I also get out of my way to help others accomplish their mission.

Pray for "the peace that passes all understanding" - the only way I have ever found peace is through a belief in and the acceptance of Jesus Christ as my savior. He loves you too and wants you to spend eternity with Him.
Jesus really is my strength and the thing that keeps me focused. When you understand that this life on earth is so short and eternity is the largest portion of your existence, you have a different outlook on everything. An "eternal perspective"
Stay strong. Pray for that strength. The thing I always pray for is wisdom. It makes things easier to deal with, and makes it possible to avoid circumstances that lead to stress.
I hope this helps!

One of the main things for me is the knowledge that I don't have control of everything around me and that there is a greater power than me handling it all - God. I pray for help with the things I can affect, and help in accepting those things that I can't.
I try to be the best I can in doing my part to make this world better, knowing it's bigger than I am. It's all in God's hands, and I know He has control of it all.
I also know he uses some of us at times to help others and improve what is going on around us.
The world today is scary to me - much scarier when I was a child many many years ago when we used to have "duck and cover" drills once a week. I've learned to adapt to the threats and changes. I have dead-bolts on my doors, I'm cautious about who I let in my home and even who I tell my address to.
I'm cautious about traveling and think twice about where I go. I'm careful not to disclose information about my finances/personal info.
I try to help others where I can, just to bring a little happiness into their lives - whether it's working at a food-bank fund-raising or handing a guy on the corner a $5 bill.
It's all about choices - you can choose to let it get to you or you can choose to live.

STRESS is abundent in my world but just like in any others. What to do is really erelevant but hoping for the best is the path to the future but expecting the worst is the key to the present.
If u know what could happen befor it happend then it could chousion the blow. so my advise would be to be who u are while you still acn and dont look so deep for the root of thing but look for the outcome's possiblities .

Much depends on the country you are from, if general atmosphere is very tough then try to accept it even if it is hard, as it is a common trend in your country. Because you understand that only few indulge life in full, the rest survive how they can. If you are one of the rest, all you can do is to educate yourself life-long and get useful insights, which may open you the eyes to some hidden sides of life. And act, act, act.

First and foremost DON'T SMOKE! Make sure you take time for yourself, quiet time. Remember please... that even if things are hard, there is at least one other person in this over populated world facing the same feelings and difficulties. If it helps you to know of one, I'm it. I lost my Dad by age 3 and my mom by age 11. I know what tough is, but it didn't kill me though!

It depends on the person, but the only that i find that works is by blocking out everything and taking things one step at a time. Don't worry about what's gonna happen, what will dome will come

I was quite busy all my life, I had four children and a wife to take care of. Now I am retired and loving it! Life is what you do with it. If you are healthy, it's better. My advice: learn, learn, learn and love.
