Curls. Go for heavier weights and be less concerned about reps. And eat lots of protein.

Curls are the best way to go. I work mine 4 times a week. I gained 2 1/2 inches in one month. I started with 30 pounds now im on 50. Remember you have to increase your weight other wise you are just training your muscles to lift what ever you are lifting. I would try to go up 5 to 10 pounds or increase the reps every week.

Isolation curls, standing cheat curls and preacher bench curls are all good. You will also want to work your triceps as well with tricep push downs, tricep extentions, tricep pull downs, close grip flat bench press and tricep pull downs. This will make your muscle fullness appear bigger. Also, eat lots of protein or use 100% Whey protein. You will want to set aside 1 or 2 days a week to specialize arms.

curls, butterfly's, closed grip bench, barbell curl, triceps extention (both muscels will grow equally no matter how much you lift so get them both big!)
