Really, why? It's not going to kill anyone! Is it apart of some conspiracy?

Removing the tag voids the warranty, plus many tags show the care instructions.

Just so that the mattress making people won't get sued for not warning the consumer...

And the answer is right, YOU can rip that mo-fo off anytime you want!!!

Along with the irritating little tags that stick out on your neck that people stare at while you are waiting in line... you know they want to say "your tag is out!!!"

It could kill someone, someone with an allergy to what materials are in the matress.

'Cuz if you do, the Mattress Police will have to pay you a visit. . .this could get pretty ugly as they'd have to roll out of bed, change out of the PJ's. . .some of them just aren't very happy when we don't obey the tags! :-)

It is illegal to remove the tag BEFORE the sale. You can do what you want with it.
