A capo, personal strap, guitar polish, extra strings (light guage for electric, medium for acoustic), chord chart, music stand.
That should about do it.

I got a very cool guitar lamp and a guitar clock, last year for Xmas...very cool!

make a home-made guitar strap. I make them out of ducktape for my friends and give them markers to write things down on them with. just make sure they're erasable markers.

a harmonica, it does not cost a lot, comes in a nice little case, sounds good and looks good too
