i'd say Chris Brown. He has different styles. sometimes he has his own hip-hoppish style and then he dresses casual sometimes. Ne-Yo he mostly dresses casual. but i have nothing against him and just think Chris Brown dresses and plus i like Chris Brown more than Ne-Yo! Chris Brown is sooo FINE!!!! So, i pick Chris Brown! :-)
