To the answer below me: Photoglo recorded two pop albums in the 80s under the name photoglo, sheesh look it up before making yourself look ignorant.

Jim Photoglo is a COUNTRY artist who's first album came out in 2000 and 2nd album came out in 2005.
DEFINITELY NOT the artist this person is looking for from the mid 80's
Maybe a few more details would help, what country was this group/song in? Do you have any more lyrics? The name of even ONE of the band members?

Mark is right, and unfortunately Jennifer, you're not. Jim Photoglo's first album came out in 1980, and contained the hit "We Were Meant To Be Lovers".
