Should you wear pink with purple?

My friends tell me that you should never wear Pink with Purple. Is that true?

Well it all depends on the look you are trying to achieve and the true hue of the colors. I would wear pink with purple if the majority of the outfit was a certain color above the other. If you have a pink skirt and a purple shirt and a pink jacket. Now that is cute. OR vise versa. You should wear your clothes how you would like to wear them and dont let someone dictate to you how to wear the stuff you bought with your own money.

You should not wear something pink and something purple, but if you can find one item of clothing that is both pink and purple, that would be not too bad.

Eg: a pink top and purple pants would be out, but a pink and purple top would maybe be okay.

Who cares what they think? Pink and purple are two cute colours, so why not? Heard the saying blue and green should never be seen ? Sometimes that's not always correct either. My mum spent my whole life telling me blonde girls can't wear red, who makes up these crazy rules? Anyone can wear anything they want, as long as they hold themselves with confidence!!

Here is where you could sneak in some pink with your purple.
What I would do is add a purple crystal necklace with the outfit and have one solitary intermittent line of 3mm pink AB crystals in the design. The AB will pick up on the purple and put a real dazzle of mixed color in your ensemble.

It depends on the shades and amount of each color. For instance, while a solid pink shirt paired with a pair of purple pants might not be all that pleasing, but if you pair something pink with purple accesories or vice versa, it shouldn't be a problem. That said, dress to your own tastes to represent your own sense of style! Enjoy life!

I think that if you match the colors correctly it can look cute. For example if you had a pink shirt with purple let's say lavendar. Put it with fades jeans from Hollister with the rips in the knees, a lavendar belt with pink flats, and lavendar jewelry and a pink and lavendar bag and you can pull it off. But if you wear a pink shirt and just randomly purple it won't go. Personally I love putting colors together that don't match.

well I guses it depens on if it looks cute togather or no.t I mean you don't always see people wearing pink and purple togather. if you think it looks cute then that is what you think and if your friend think it looks bad then that is what your friend thinks. every one has there own opion.

Pink and purple are both pretty, girly colors, and they look good together if you wear them right.
Just don't over do it
