Plushie VPCs do not need activation to become redeemable (like NC cards have to be activated before being redeemed). I am not sure that Neo would be able to track who paid for what so you would probably get by with it. So the only thing left is the morality issue... knowing that you are basically using stolen information for personal gain. If that bothers you, don't do it. If that doesn't bother you, then I guess you will use it.
