I think the cure was a temp cure so he probably will

He was getting his powers back. The "cure" was only temporary because if you noticed, when Beast got close to Leach, his hand was normal and when he backed away, he was Beast again.
Also, Leach told Kitty that her powers wouldn't work when she was close to him.
The Magneto spin off movie is supposed to be about Magneto's younger years when he tried to take revenge on the Nazi's for killing his parents and when he met Prof. X.
