I can scrap it off with my finger nail but I'd rather go buy some sort of cleaner or towel???

NO I did not bump into another car, I squeezed my little car out of a paid parking lot at like 2am after leaving cyote ugly b/c I lost my parking token....so it's not paint from another care it's paint from a pole.

Try a rubbing or polishing compound or a clay bar. You can find these products in the auto parts stores. However it is recommended to ask a specialist about these products because they can damage your paint job if not used correctly.

What happened you bump into someone? Go to the auto parts store(auto zone etc) buy some rubbing compound and just follow the directions. DO NOT USE finger nail polish remover as it is a paint stripper and will remove the original paint too

if it is spray paint finger nail Polish remover would work

SCRATCH-X it works its about $8 for a tube of it and it will take it off
