Obese, but you have a really good personality!

Fat is where you are about 20 pounds over your "suggested" body weight. Obese is where you are over than that amount. So say my suggested weight for a 5' 2" woman the range of 99 lbs to 125 lbs. I weigh 140, I would be considered 'fat' but it doesn't take into account my generous bust size. so.... Screw what "they" say. If you feel you have a healthy weight, don't worry about it. If you feel that your weight is a detriment to your health, you are probably obese.

But without specifics, I'm just grasping at straws here.

what your talking about is a scale that the doctors use to determine your body density.
I am 5 ft 8 inches tall. Once my weight is over 216 I am considered to obese.
Fat was never a medical term but obese is.

First of all, some parameters:
How tall are you, how old are you, are you male or female? There are published guidelines for fat or obese. What do you think? and what are YOU going to do about it?

WE all are born, we live, we die. What we do in between defines our lives.........

Good luck.
