As a therapist who has worked in a Chiro office I found that referrals from the therapist are better than any marketing. Though, contest entries is about the best. Offer an hour massage to the winner but call everyone who enters and offer them a free 30 minute "prize". They get the chance to upgrade for $$ and you can sell them when they are on the table with your abilities.
Many DC's hire massage students as CA's because of your training in A&P, it saves them alot of time and $$ in training. It is a great way to learn therapies, time management and Chiropractic theory. This will come in very handy in the future when you are building a practice of your own. The better way to work with DC's is to rent space, get referrals ect.
Most DC's do not pay LMT's well, because in most states they are legally able to train their CA's to perform basic massage techniques and pay them $8.00 -$10.00 an hour. If you can work with a DC on a commision basis, rent basis, or as an Independent contractor you will have more freedom in your massage, and will receive a higher level of respect from the DC, as it removes you from the status of employee.
Keep in mind that DC's can get territorial about their patient
treatments and if they feel that you have over stepped your
boundaries they will end their assosiation with you. So be very
clear what your responsibilities and what your duties are,
preferablely in writing. Things will run smoother in the long run.
Good Luck-
Corey

get yourself familiar with power point presentation and clearly include all of you extra courses (myofascial release, tmj dysfunction, etc) and make a very appealing presentation that people can watch while in the waiting room on a small tv that is hooked up to a dvd player that plays the loop. Promote a 20 minute massages benefits before a chiropractic adjustments. Get creative. Make the presentation no longer then 4 minutes and you can also use this as part of your resume down the road if you expand or change clientele. Promote the benefits of massage and how it complements Chiropractic.
