There is a company that makes appliances in colors but I am not sure who. I have seen the commercial on tv . They are front loading machines If I see the ad for them again I will try to update you . I know that It must be a big company like Sears or Maytag . Good Luck
UPDATE::: The commercial is for Whirlpool Duet Machines I am not sure if they have red but they say they have designer colors Again Best of luck finding Red

If all else fails you could have your Washer & Dryer repainted at an Auto Body shop.

I'm sorry to say I don't know, but the answers referring to an auto-body shop might be your solution.
I must say that the idea of a red washer and drier sounds intriguing and a sure way to brighten up laundry day!

You might have trouble finding them pre-made, but the enamel put on major appliances is about the same as the kind put on cars. I once knew a woman with a purple fridge. Her husband did custom cars so he just did her fridge with the car paint. It looked really cool. Buy normal white ones and get them painted at an auto body shop.

You would probably have to special order those and I have never seen one, so that might not work.
