If using Firefox, click tools in your top-bar menu, select options, click the content tab and click the content button and add the address of your bank, or of the missing pop up, to the allowed web sites.

You should add your banking website to your list of web sites that allow pop-ups.

To do this in Internet Explorer:

Left click on the "Tools" tab in Internet Explorer, then on the "Pop-up Blocker" tab, (left) click on "Pop-Up Blocker Settings", type the banking website into the space under "Address of Web site to Allow", next click on "Add". This should allow the appropriate pop-ups to open without any difficulty (and without modifying your pop-up blocker filter level). Also, you could also press the Ctrl key (as you know pop-ups are expected) to override the pop-up blocker for the site.

Hope this was helpful for you.
