I'm pretty sure all of you would achieve your desired careers. I think all it takes is determination and heart in what you do. Setbacks will always come but we got to remain focus! I'm just encouraging people who have dreams but have doubt.

I am currently a qualified and successful chef, however it is my life's dream to become a psychologist. I dropped out of school, so I thought there was no hope of ever following through on it, and fell into hospitality instead. Since working my way up, although I enjoy what I do, I have realised that it does not satisfy me to the core. So at 27, still working full time, I have just started university and am slowly on my way to achieving what I thought was not possible. I'm proud of myself and the learning alone has changed my life dramatically. It's a tough juggling act but I'm getting there. Plus I'll have plenty of cases to study in hospitality when it comes time to write my thesis!

I want to be an accountant, with three kids its hard but the aftermath is worth every heartache it will cause. I want my kids to have a better life than I did growing up and its something I've dreamed of doing since I was a teenager. I know I can acheive my dream even with all the other responsibilities and I hope you don't give up on yours no matter what life puts in front of you

I would like to own and manage a guest house with my b/f. I would do the front of house management and he would deal with the food side of things. We would love a really nice boutique type place, not too expensive but luxurious and make people feel pampered and looked after. It would have to be in a place that tourists love to visit even in winter (like Brighton or Bath or York) but ideally not in Britain, I am learning French so perhaps a move to France would be good.

I want to become a veterinarian~caring for animals is what I've done since as long as I can remember. I think I have a bigger heart for animals than I do sometimes for people--I mean they have unconditional love, they don't get to pick who they live with, and they listen!! :]
