I have never done this. If you perform sexual favors for your boss for advancements/promotions, etc you are becoming a hooker. Your co-workers will eventually find out as well as upper management. Your professionalism and credibility will be trashed and you will end up quitting your job. It is not worth it to sell yourself. You will be demeaning yourself and the risks are so much greater than any reward.

I have not...but I have seen it done, how about helping your boss build his garage and driving him to ball games.
By doing the the most obnoxious guy I know got promoted
