CHECK BRAKE BOOSTER ROD .IF ROD WAS NOT ADJUSTED IT WILL NOT PUSH YOUR MASTER CYL. IN ENOUGH. IF ADJUSTED TO MUCH BREAKS WILL STAY PRESSED. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY FORD TRUCK FOR 2 WEEKS & THAT WAS MY PROBLEM.

you put a Lincoln rear end and brakes on a pick-up truck. It is possible that the GVW of the truck exceeds the specifications for the disc brakes you are using..therefore the brakes you are trying to stop with can not handle the weight of the truck and they were not designed to!You may need to upgrade the braking system to a system designed for a truck, esspecially if you are trying to pull a load.

I've had that problem.. there is a bubble(s) somewhere.. some systems have to be vaccum bled. VERy worth taking it to a brake man to have it done.
