Confront him with it...go from there.
ESPECIALLY since you heard it by rumor, you each owe the other an explanation.

I think the first and most important thing you could possibly do is to verify that it really happened, and that it happened in the context in which your friend presented it. Imagine if your "friend" was doing this to ruffle feathers, cause problems, or for god knows what other reason... so step 1 is to make sure he was really being unfaithful to you.
If he was indeed being unfaithful to you after you've verified it to be true, the second step would be to ask him if he has anything special to tell you about when he was in the bar the other night, and if he has something to say. Let him squirm a little bit, and if he lies, then he gets a swift kick in the nutsack, courtesy of your boot.
If instead if he falls to his knees in pitiful remorse, then you have him by the balls anyway, so do with him what you please. Whether you forgive him or leave him is a decision that you will need to make based on 1) how much you love him, 2) how easily you can live without him, and 3) how many other eligible bachelors are standing in line with numbers waiting for their opportunity to date the haunting beauty that is yourself.
Good luck.

Do what you feel is right.
I would however keep in mind that you must lover yourself when making your decisions.
Are you going to continue to allow to be treated this way? If so, then ignore it.
Do you think it was an honest mistake and want to give him another chance? Then try and work it out.
Good luck

Do your own research!!!!! Make an informed decision. You can hire a detective or contact CHEATERS out of Texas. Is it a one time thing? How invested are you in the relationship? I will pray for you all. Peace.

Punch him in the head and walk away.
Seriously though, ask him. At least let him explain himself, if there is one. I think you will learn a lot by that conversation.

What if your friend is lying....because she wants your bf?
What if she is wrong and it wasn't your bf?
Confront him....watch his eyes and if he can't look you in the eyes.....then kick his butt to the curb...( I mean that verbally)...
And be glad you found out!
No second chances! Cheaters are liars....leave the bum!
