If you have another password on the start-up of your computer, you must change that password to match your newly created password. Does that make sense? The password for your computer must match the password for the other program.

With Yahoo and SBC Yahoo, it's has taken up to 24 hours for the new password to take effect. The only problem is you can't use the old until the new starts working.

if you still remember what the Administrator password is when you installed OS, then press ctrl-alt-del and use username Administrator and password, then manage user profiles.
