it's pretty simple.
he walked into a bar.
not one that serves drinks, but a bar and it hurt ouch.
it's an old joke people have been telling for a long time.

It is almost too dumb.
Think of the "walking into" with the meaning as in the phrase " he walked right into the sliding glass door".

This guy walks into a bar... he says "HEY BARTENDER... F*** YOU!!! and then the bartender jumps over the bar and stabs an icepick right in the guys eye...
